Which one fits your use case

One-off dataset. If you need a single bulk file, compare Bright Data ($250 minimum for 100,000 records), Techmap (one country for one month, from 333 €) and Hirebase historical exports (from $0.12 per record for the first 1,000, down to $0.001 at volume, $0.50 minimum). Coresignal datasets start from $1,000; TheirStack datasets are quoted.

Live API. For a product that queries jobs daily, the per-1,000 price and refresh speed matter most: Headcount Labs ($0.01 per 1,000 records), jobpostingsapi.com ($0.76), JobsPipe ($1.96, sub-1h from Scale), Hirebase (hourly on paid plans).

ATS-only scrapers. If you want only employer-posted jobs from applicant tracking systems: Fantastic.jobs (58 ATS platforms, polled hourly), jobpostingsapi.com (434 ATS and career-site sources), jobdataapi.com (100+ ATS providers), Hirebase (640k+ career pages). An Apify actor covers one site per scraper.

How we compare

Each vendor gets a rank from 1 (best) on four facts taken from its own pages. The list order is the weighted sum of those ranks, lowest first:

Ties break on price. Apify's $5 of monthly usage counts as 5,000 results at the actor's $1.00 per 1,000 (our calculation). Euro prices are ordered as listed (€2.00 per 1,000 between $1.96 and $2.50). We do not test coverage or freshness ourselves; those columns repeat what each vendor claims. Headcount Labs publishes this page and is listed; no vendor pays for placement.

Cheapest job postings API

On listed prices, Headcount Labs is cheapest at $0.01 per 1,000 records, with the first 100,000 records free each month; its page shows 5 million records costing $49. Next come jobpostingsapi.com at $0.76 per 1,000 on the $19 Starter plan (falling to $0.199 on the $199 Scale plan), the curious_coder LinkedIn scraper on Apify from $1.00 per 1,000 results, and JobsPipe at $1.96 per 1,000. Watch the unit: TheirStack and Coresignal charge per credit, and a company record costs more credits than a job. Mantiks credits are not defined on its page, so we could not price it per job.

Job postings API free tier

Free every month: Headcount Labs (100,000 records), Hirebase (500 jobs, 50 companies), Techmap on RapidAPI (250 jobs) and Apify's Free plan ($5 of usage). Free once: jobpostingsapi.com (1,500 credits on sign-up) and JobsPipe (1,000 credits, never renewed). Timed trials: Coresignal (2,000 credits for 7 days), Fantastic.jobs (500 jobs for 14 days), JobsPikr (7 days). TheirStack and Mantiks mention free trials without stating an amount. jobdataapi.com has no free plan. Adzuna's free key is meant for evaluation; commercial users get 14 days.

Bulk job postings dataset price

Bright Data sells job postings at $250 per 100,000 records with a $250 minimum, covering LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor, refreshed monthly unless you pay for faster. Job data API for recruiting tools

A recruiting tool needs to know which jobs are new, changed and closed without re-pulling the whole set. Fantastic.jobs offers Expired Jobs and Modified Jobs endpoints. jobpostingsapi.com has new, updated and closed feeds from its $49 Growth plan. JobsPipe includes a daily diffs feed from its Seeker plan; webhooks are not on the Free plan. Headcount Labs has a changes feed billed at the same per-record rate.
